RETURNING YOUR PROPPA TOPPA
We want you to be happy with your Proppa Toppa purchase, but if you're not you are welcome to return your hat in its original unworn condition.
If you're a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have 14 calendar days to cancel your order if you change your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you received your order.
If you live outside of the EEA please contact us for details of your cancellation period.
You’ll need to contact us with notice of your cancellation and you can do this by giving us a call on 01691 773752, dropping us an email at email@example.com, or by writing to us at Proppa Toppa, Fairfield, School Lane, St Martins, Oswestry, SY11 3BX
All our returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. We reserve the right to amend or withhold a refund if returned products do not comply with our Returns Policy.
How do I return my order?
You've got 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.
We are a small business and ask you to cover the cost of returning your order. We like to support our local post office, but you can use any courier of your choice.
Please include in your returns parcel:
- The item you wish to return
- A copy of the delivery note that was included in your original parcel (without a copy of the delivery note we may be unable to process your refund).

How long will it take to process my refund?
It can take up to 7 days from the date we receive your returned parcel for it to be processed by our returns department.
On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete and your products is deemed resalable, we’ll refund the full cost of the hats back to your original payment method. Your refund will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).
If there is an issue with your item(s) we will contact you within 7 days of receiving your return.
Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?
